GAP type with brake disc drum gear coupling,the inner tooth ring is wider, can compensate for the larger axis offset,suitable for matching with disc brake occasions,allowing positive and reverse direction rotation.
Under normal circumstances,the GAP type coupling should be GBZ and GAZ type coupling pair,the outer tooth sleeve end is connected with the intermediate shaft,and the two ends of the half coupling are respectively connected with the working machine shaft and the power machine shaft.Because the brake disc is connected with the half coupling,the weight of the brake disc and the working brake load and vibration are fully borne by the half coupling,which improves the meshing performance of the drum teeth during braking,so it is suitable for heavy-duty occasions,and the nominal torque is 630- 112000N·m.

Note:1.The mass and moment of inertia of the coupling are approximate values calculated according to J₁,shaft elongation of each type.
2.The maximum braking torque of the coupling Tm shall not exceed 2 times the nominal torque Tn,that is,Tm≤2Tn.
3.The coupling shaft hole combination is Z₁/J₁,Y/Y,J₁/J₁,Y/J₁.
